Every Skyview Skylight is crafted with premium cabinet-grade wood, precision-engineered aluminum framing, and durable copper flashing—delivering lasting strength, timeless beauty, and superior protection.
At the core of every unit is our signature clear glass, which is anything but standard. Each skylight features high-performance LoE tempered insulated glass with a Neat finish—designed to provide exceptional clarity, energy efficiency, and long-term UV protection. The LoE coating, a virtually invisible metallic layer, allows natural light to pour in while blocking harmful rays and excess heat—keeping interiors cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, and helping prevent fading of furniture and finishes.
Our argon-filled, double-paned glass is paired with advanced insulation to optimize energy performance and indoor comfort. Oversized glass partitions are thoughtfully engineered for maximum daylight and enhanced safety.
Every operable skylight is built with a fully integrated waterproofing system and gutter system to manage rain and runoff effortlessly, guarding against leaks and water intrusion.

A twin skylight offers the advantage of requiring only one roof opening instead of two, simplifying framing and improving waterproofing.
A twin skylight is a single integrated unit with its own built-in center beam for structural support, and it also features a lighting trough for added design functionality.
The Twin has a lighting trough, which is a hollow space in the center beam which would allow for your electrician to put any fixture backing and wiring into. If you are planning to have any kind of center lighting (ex. chandelier, led lighting, track lighting, spot lights, ceiling fan, strip lights, etc.) you will require the trough.
Skylights are available in single units that can be up to approximately 10ft width x 50ft length
When a skylight opening is under 10ft wide, we offer the option of a twin skylight.
The center beam on a twin skylight is smaller than if you would put in a beam on your own, allowing for a cleaner and more open-concept appearance.
Our aluminum-finished roof hatches are engineered for superior performance. Each unit features a reinforced skeleton frame filled with 2.5 inches of high-density insulation, achieving an impressive R-Value of 18.5 for outstanding thermal efficiency.
The interior is lined with kiln-dried, cabinet-grade wood, ready to be painted or stained to suit your space. The exterior is finished in sleek aluminum panels, with an optional PVC upgrade for enhanced durability and a clean, modern look.
Our unfinished aluminum roof hatches are constructed with a reinforced skeleton frame and 2.5 inches of insulation, offering a solid R-Value of 14 for dependable thermal performance.
The interior is lined with aluminum foil insulation, while the exterior is finished with durable aluminum panels for a clean, functional appearance.
