The LoE (low emissivity) coating is an ultra-thin metallic layer that allows natural light to enter while blocking harmful UV rays and reducing unwanted heat. It keeps your home cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, and helps prevent fading of interior furnishings, ensuring year-round comfort and performance.
Our double-paned glass is filled with argon gas, enhancing insulation and temperature control. Each skylight is divided into large glass partitions, thoughtfully engineered for maximum light exposure and optimal safety.

Less cleaning, better views! It is an invisible coating on the outside of your windows that makes them ultra-low maintenance and gives better visibility/drying time when it rains. The coating has a reaction when sunlight and rain combine that breaks down organic material preventing water stains.

Tempered glass is also known as a “safety glass” and is 4 times stronger than a regular glass because during it’s annealed process, it is cooled down slowly making it stronger than most glass. If it breaks it will shatter into thousands of tiny pieces instead of large sharp shards which can create a safety hazard.
A piece of glass that is too large is a safety hazard, therefore, we divide the panes of glass with mullions. A mullion is a piece of wood or metal, that separates panes of glass on a window. The number of glass panes required per skylight is determined based on the skylight size.
Laminated glass enhances safety, reduces outside noise, and adds an extra layer of security. Its durable, multi-layer construction makes it ideal for many applications, and it offers strong resistance against impact, making it a smart choice for hurricane-prone areas.

The U-Factor measures a window’s insulating ability, specifically how well it retains heat within your home. A lower value indicate better thermal performance and increased energy efficiency.
The Solar-Heat Gain measures the amount of solar heat that passes through the glass and enters your home. A lower value means better performance in reducing heat gain and improving indoor comfort.
The Visible Light Transmittance indicates how much natural light passes through the glass. Higher values mean more daylight enters your space, enhancing brightness and visibility.
