Flat Roof

(Recommended to put a curb around the window well)
Roof Access

Types of Units
Skyview Skylight offers an array of options in addition to what is mentioned below
LoE Tempered Glass
Skyview Skylight manufactures its skylights with a high performance LoE tempered insulated glass. The glass includes a NEAT finish preventing water stains. This glass is specially designed to block out the sun and UV rays. Our glass keeps your home insulated year-round and the proprietary glass acts as a shield from the sun’s heat as well as the long term inconvenience of faded furniture. The skylights are divided by partitions of glass; each segment made as large as possible while still maintaining optimal safety conditions.
Specialty glass options such as frosted or obscure are also available.
All options are offered in operable or fixed.
Aluminum Finished
Aluminum finished roof hatches are structured with a skeleton frame, filled with 2-1/2″ of insulation. The inside is finished with cabinet grade wood, kiln dry; ready to be painted or stained. The outside is composed of aluminum panels. There is a supplementary option of adding a PVC finish.
This is not designed for year-round schach or a drop ceiling.
Additional options include but are not limited too outdoor units or units constructed for a pool room. (Call for more options)
